Jewish Funeral Services

Jewish tradition teaches that human beings are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26). This is the underpinning of all of the rituals and customs that make up a Jewish funeral. At A Sacred Choice we respect and hold sacred the rituals and ceremonies of the Jewish faith, as well as all others. We feel that no matter our faith background, we can learn to receive true comfort and peace through all the ceremonies related to death. The Torah is at the beginning of our faith journey. Through their suffering, sense of community and solemn adherence to God's laws, the Jewish people stand as worthy examples of living one's faith. We are honored to be available to serve the Jewish community.

Transliteration: Barukh atah Adonai Eloheinu melekh ha'olam, dayan ha-emet.

Translation: "Blessed are You, Lord, our God, King of the universe, the Judge of Truth.
